- Then send only the instrument at your own expense to: Microtronics s.r.l. Via Schiavonia,93 - 31032 Casale sul Sile (TV).
- The cost of calibration is 285 Euro + 25 Euro return shipment (VAT excluded).
- Processing times vary from 10 to 15 working days excluding transport.
ACCREDITED CALIBRATION - SPECIFICATIONS
Microtronics also offers a calibration service according to EN17025 in cooperation with a European Accredited Laboratory. An Accredited Calibration Certificate will be issued by the external Laboratory.
The service includes (for BlueForce Smart and Pro instruments only) the updating of the calibration date in the instrument's memory and any adjustment to restore the expected accuracy limits. Detailed technical specifications for Accredited Calibration are available on request.
POTENTIAL REPAIR
If the instrument is found to be faulty, the calibration activity will be suspended and the Customer will be informed of the cost of repair, which will eventually be taken over by Microtronics' Technical Service Personnel. In the event that it is not in the interest to repair the instrument, it will be returned unprocessed, and the amount paid in advance, less shipping costs (if any), will be refunded.
